I work via email and/or instant messenger. I also appointments for phone sessions (all phone expenses are already included in price-see Prices and Plans page). Anyone wanting make an in person session, if they live in Israel should email for my rates and appointment times.

I give guidance on relaxation techniques and stress management. For my in person clients I offer separate massage therapies and teach techniques that can be used at home (this is with a separate appointment, which are 45 minute sessions).

I have flexible hours and try to make appointments at reasonable times for my client and me. I live in Israel so appointments have to be made with the time difference in mind. All questions and appointment making should be done with me through my email address, rochelfaiga@yahoo.com.
